Can I visit you guys or meet your kittens?
We strive to provide the best care for all our kittens! To help minimize the risk of introducing any illnesses, we kindly limit outside traffic to our cattery. We only welcome visitors who are seriously interested in adopting a kitten or those who have already placed a deposit to meet the parents of their future furry friend. Refund Policy
In the event of unforeseen circumstances affecting a reserved kitten, where a deposit has been placed, we offer the flexibility to choose an alternative available kitten or apply the deposit toward reserving a future kitten from an upcoming litter. Alternatively, a refund of the deposit is available. If there is a cancellation or default without adopting the kitten, the deposit will go toward efforts to find a new home for the kitten.

We maintain open communication, making multiple attempts to reach you, and provide a two-week grace period before considering the kitten abandoned. If no response is received during this time, the kitten will become available for reservation to find a suitable new home. We are committed to fairness, understanding, and flexibility, taking into account circumstances beyond your control.

Health Guarantee
All our kittens come with a 1-year health guarantee. If, within 72 hours of bringing your kitten home, you find yourself dissatisfied, we offer a money-back guarantee, provided the kitten is returned to our premises at the buyer’s expense. Our commitment to providing healthy kittens is highlighted by our assurance that, in the unfortunate event of major genetic health issues diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian within one year of purchase, we will facilitate an exchange for a kitten of equal value.

Please note that our guarantee does not cover common illnesses or accidents, and any veterinary costs incurred are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. We strongly encourage regular veterinary check-ups to ensure your kitten’s well-being.
